Jamie McCartney‘s book on the whole thing I wrote about in my essay, The Great Wall of Vagina. It includes that piece by me (a pretty much comedy-free edited version sans Roger’s Profanisaurus gem, alas) plus hundreds of others by fellow volunteers, along with stuff by Jamie himself.
